The Dutch government has announced that teachers are allowed to teach sexually at the age of 18. However, lecturing is illegal when sexually elected. Justice Minister Ard Van der Steur said that this would lead to a service swap, as two people had the opportunity to pay for sex on a reciprocal basis.
In the Conservative Christian Union Party, Gert-Jan Segers gave a proposal for the implementation of the law in practice. Transport Minister Melanie Schultz van Haegen and Justice Minister Ard van der Steur responded to the survey; "This suggests, as a service, a title, not a payment of sex against payment of money."
