Sudden ads and pop-ups in free apps are a challenge for all mobile users. Last summer smartphone maker OnePlus, the firm, emerged to spread advertising for new model phones. A similar incident is claimed by Google to be done with questionnaires on Pixel 2 phones.
The Pixel 2 XL includes a customer satisfaction survey in the settings section of the phone users. Andrew Martonik, a named user, managed to get a screenshot of these pop-ups.
If the user is in the setting area, a pop-up message will appear in the lower right corner of the screen with the message "Help improve pixel: 1 minute poll". Andrew Martonik decided to answer the questionnaire and asked such questions. "How satisfied are you with this phone?", "When did you start using Pixel 2?" and "Which company did your previous call?"
The questionnaire has multiple answers to each question, and ultimately the user will be asked to comment on Google. This survey applies not only to Pixel 2 phones, but also to Pixel 2 XL phones.
